Tyrese Halliburton of the Indiana Pacers will miss two weeks due to a Grade I hamstring strain on his left leg that was confirmed via an MRI exam. While no surgery will be needed to address his situation, everyone on team should prepare accordingly for his absence.
Tyrese Halliburton will return within two weeks from suffering an upper hamstring injury, according to an MRI examination which indicated it did not require surgical repair – good news for Indiana Pacers fans as the team continues to struggle without its star player, who averaged 12.5 assists and 23.6 points during his past tenure with them.
Rick Carlisle, coach of the Indiana Pacers, described Haliburton’s injury as being very deflating for both players and staff members alike. With Andrew Nembhard and T.J. McConnell expected to fill in as point guards over time pending new assessments due to Haliburton, Carlisle expects Haliburton will miss at least seven games due to this latest setback in two weeks time.
