Tom Haskins, well known to many, passed away peacefully in bed this morning at 4. He will be remembered by his family and friends for his warmth, intelligence and unconditional love. We mourn his passing, but celebrate his incredible contributions to family, faith and amateur radio. Each of these leaves a lasting impression.

Tom Haskins has lived a happy, purposeful life. He dedicated himself to his family, amateur radio and his faith, relentlessly. All who knew her will appreciate the memories her ability to recognize small blessings brings.
Tom Haskins devoted his life to his family. Tom Haskins is his family’s best friend, confidant and mentor. Their relationship formed the foundation of his life, especially after John Haskins died in 2004. His wife and son have since died. Throughout his life, Tom received guidance and strength from God. This is then remembered in heaven, where Tom continues to live out his legacy of faith and love!

Tom Haskins was well known for his intelligence. His keen mind, an engineer himself, remained sharp at the age of 88. His passion for solving complex problems was a powerful statement of his personality and to those who were fortunate enough to see him
