Jujutsu Kaisen has so many heroes that they die frequently, it’s become almost familiar. But Satoru Gojo’s death was so unexpected it shocked the hardened fans. The fans were not surprised by the Jujutsu Kaisen. The series, instead, is one of the best fighting comics because the creator Gege Akutami made a conscious artistic choice.
Unexpected Gojo Death Story
Gen-Z is a huge fan of the new Shonen anime and manga series Jujutsu Kaisen. The series was immediately popular among fans due to its amazing character designs and complex power structure.
Satoru Gojo’s role in the popularity of the series is not a mystery. He has all the qualities that Shonen fans love, such as being a great teacher, unbeatable in combat, an oddball personality, and willing to help anyone in need. He may come across as arrogant at first, but he only displays his superiority in front of his opponents.
How did it all happen?
Ryomen Sukuna, in chapter 236 from Jujutsu Kaisen made an amazing move to beat Gojo. It was one of the greatest moments of shonen manga. Sukuna had lost all previous rounds of the battle. It’s not that Sukuna was less than Gojo, or that he could never beat him.
Sukuna, on the other hand was making Gojo fight for his life. Gojo, however, was able defeat Sukuna’s ploys thanks to his control over his cursed natural talent, Limitless and his exceptional tactic intellect.
Gojo Was Immortal for the Fans
The fans knew from the start that they would have to be challenged if either side was going to win. This clash has been teased since the first chapter and readers have learned much about Gojo’s and Sukuna’s talents. The build-up made fans eager to see how the dramatic confrontation would unfold. The two finally faced off in Chapter 236 and it was clear that Gojo had a much more skillful fighting style than the King Of Curses.
Sukuna’s Mahoraga, which was his deadliest trump card, brought everything to a head. Gojo found himself in a very dangerous situation from the start. Gojo, as he did at the start of the fight, appeared to have found a way to defeat his opponent, and his victory appeared more certain.
The Grand: Gojo vs Sukuna
It is impossible to deny that the fight between Gojo Sukuna was compelling. From the beginning, it was clear that both characters were almost equal. The two characters tested their skills only at the start of the fight to determine who was better.
Gojo was able to keep up with the best of the greatest, and he also pushed him to the edge. Gojo not only outclassed him in battle, but he also did so repeatedly. Their Domain Expansions are similar, but Gojo experienced many Domain Breaks in the Battle.
During the same period, Sukuna had significant problems managing Gojo. In order to reach Gojo, and invalidate his Infinity he had to rely solely on Domain Amplification. He couldn’t do both simultaneously, so he could not use his Cursed Technique. Due to this, Sukuna was forced to use different strategies in battle, which is how he used Mahoraga.
Who wins the battle?
The conflict between the two characters reached its breaking point when Gojo couldn’t use his Reverse-Cursed Technique. Gojo had to struggle after pushing his limits. Sukuna, on the other hand suffered brain damage after being hit by Unlimited Void. He was then forced to rely solely on his Cursed technique and lost Malevolent Shrine.
The Reason Behind Gojo’s Death Scene
When the fans returned to the present, they learned that Gojo had died. His corpse was cut in half. Gojo’s legs were standing upright, while his body lay on the ground. His arm was also severed. It was clear that Sukuna won this fight.
Sukuna laughed in Gojo’s direction after making him laugh and promising to never forget him. This event has affected both viewers and fans of the series. The author made a bold decision by killing Gojo, even though it was a questionable one.
When Can we expect Gojo to return?
Gojo, after all is the face of the franchise. The plot will continue to develop in an interesting way. Kashimo may have acted so far, but if Gojo cannot overcome him, then he won’t be a threat to Sukuna. There’s also the matter of Gojo’s possible comeback.
He may return in the series. Fans know that he restored his Reverse Cursed Technique after landing Black Flashes against his opponent. The future of his story is unclear, but other Reverse Cursed Technique masters may be able help him.
Warm Finale!
We don’t even see Gojo’s final words to his students. The outcome of their battle will determine the fate of the Jujutsu Community, not some personal grudge. The death of Gojo doesn’t have as much impact as it should. He was one of the most popular characters but he didn’t achieve any of his goals.
We don’t see the reactions of his other students or sorcerers. We only see Yuta pull out his sword and Yuji’s distraught expression as Maki tries to comfort him. What can we say about the other people? Jujutsu’s Kaisen is not able to express his sorrow over Gojo’s death because he hasn’t received a response.
