On 14 January 2018, Australian Open will return for its 112th year and can be enjoyed from many perspectives; many fans come out either live or watch at home!

Tickets to this year’s Melbourne Park tournament can now be bought through Ticket Master, starting with tickets for qualifying round at $6.75 for adults, then ground passes for main draw ($40, but without entry to arenas); for the 22nd-28th of January these ground passes cover two sections each: John Cairn Arena, Margaret Court Arena and Rod Laver Arenas.

John Cairn Arena offers only day sessions. Tickets begin at $47 and can reach $94. Prices remain constant between 14th-17th January; 18th-22nd of January prices vary accordingly, the most expensive ticket costing an astounding $188 while $26 tickets remain affordable options.

The Australian Open will serve as an eventful starting point to this year’s Grand Slam calendar and provide plenty of drama-rich moments for spectators and participants alike.

As the inaugural Grand Slam tournament of 2018, Australian Open promises to create many stories throughout 2019. Reigning champions like Novak Djokovic, Aryna Sablalenka and Rafael Nadal as well as comeback stories such as Naomi Osaka and Rafael Nadal may reappear alongside young hopefuls such as Ben Shelton Holger Rune all participating to try their luck in becoming success stories themselves.
