Naruto had been scheduled to return in 2023 with four new episodes from the original series. Studio Pierrot announced, however, that the episodes would need more time to complete, which meant that they were indefinitely postponed and did not meet their original release date. The Two Blue Vortex may not be on the small screen for a while, but once an anime version is released it will become a major hit.
